I'm really excited to post something for the rest of the world to read and (hopefully) respond to. Michael Jackson and I were contemporaries (born exactly one month apart) and I saw him in concert (twice!) with his brothers before he went solo and became the King of Pop. While I didn't buy his later albums or CDs, I like to consider myself someone who followed his career. More importantly, I prayed for him regularly (especially when he was being maligned by the media). His genuine love for people everywhere was something that only comes along once in a great while. I'm glad I was around to witness it and only hope my own life makes the world a better place for those here with me now and for even more for those I will leave behind one day.
